Switching out my chicken feeder

Hello we are trying to switch out our chicken feeders, right now we have pvc pipes but they are breaking over time. So i saw on Pinterest to make feeders out of trash cans. Only problem is trying to figure out what size we need to fill #4 40 pound bags of feed.

The average galvanized trash can 30-32 gal will hold about 2.5 fifty pound bags of food. Sounds like you need two cans.
