Swolen/Thick leg with odd bulb, what do i do?

this might be bad! what do i do?

she keeps thinking there's something on her leg.

Oh my goodness, it looks like someone left a band on her leg, possibly to mark her to tell her apart from the other chicks, and forgot to remove it. Try to look closely for a band or take her to your vet right away before she loses the limb.
