Swollen Ab Hen-life outlook?

My Red Sexlink hen has been in the house for about 3 weeks now. I moved her in when I noticed her ab was getting big. She reminds me of a penquin. Ab skin looks red/purple under the feathers.

I am thinking she did an internal egg and got infected. I did antibios. Swelling has not gone down.Skin color the same.She eats and drinks.

She no longer lays eggs. Will the swelling ever go down? Will she just waddle around now for years to come? I am OK with that.
