Swollen, draining vents on turkey poults

We have a 1 or so week old turkey poult who until today seemed fine along with the other 3 we purchased yesterday. Went to the feed store where we purchased them today, to possibly purchase more and were told and shown that most have a swollen leaky vent. Checked ours when we got home to find one of ours has it too! It isn't pasty butt. Any help appreciated!
