Swollen eye

I have 4 Rhode Island Red hens, 1 Russian orloff, and I just added 1 black australorp. My hens were always extremely nice to new hens but the black australorp really would pick on them. The black australorp did not like to share the roost at first but she's gotten better in time. She still pecks at the hens a little bit but not that much. I started to notice that my russian orloff looks like she was squinting one of her eyes. At first I thought it was the sun in her eyes, but I took a closer look and it looks swollen. It's not closing it's almost like its puffed out, and it makes it look like she's squinting. I waited a few days to see if it would go down but it's not getting better, but it's not getting worse. I haven't witnessed any pecking but my chickens are free ranged, and my russian orloff tends to do her own thing. She runs around still and is constantly eating something, and her behavior hasn't changed at all. My Rhode Island Red hens are almost 5 months old now and the Russian orloff and black australorp are about a year old. Should I be concerned about her eye, and will it ever go away? Is there anything I can do to fix it?
