Swollen eye

I'm a little worried about my girl. She is 9 weeks old and her left eye is swollen and closed, no drainage. She is acting a little quiet today. I do have another girl that I noticed a few days ago with a swollen right eye, not swollen shut. So I'm not sure if this is something going around. Please look at pic and tell me what you think.

I would look them over for any peck wounds or stings, or look for ticks on them. Respiratory diseases such as MG or coryza can cause swelling around one or both eyes, but those are usually accompanied by nasal and eye drainage, cough or sneeze, or noisy breathing. Respiratory diseases are treated with Tylan or oxytetracycline if MG is suspected.
