Hi,
I just bought two young light sussex chicks two weeks ago, they're 2 months old now. Four days ago one of them all of the sudden had swollen eyes, completely shut. I put her inside at first, next to the heater for one night and fed her separately.
Now, the other one is in great shape, nothing wrong with him. I put then together again for 3 days now and the other one remains very healthy and is growing well. The sick one's eyes remain in the same condition, though she does eat and drink, sometimes quite a lot. However, it's clear she's no longer growing very well. The eyes are very swollen, not much discharge. Any advice? She has been like this for four days now.
