Swollen feet

I have a 4 1/2 y/o BCM. I've noticed the joints in her feet are swollen. She walks like she's marching. She's acting normal. Eating, drinking, comb and waddles are normal. No respiratory issues. She interacts with the flock. Could this be gout? If so, is there treatment?

Is the swelling in the ankles or more in the feet and toes? Do the toes have a lumpy appearance. Pictures do really help. Gout can cause swollen feet and toes, while mycoplasma synovitis or other bacteria arthritis can cause swollen ankles and hock joints. Here is some reading and pictures about gout:
