Swollen Protruding Vent

I have 24 chicks about a year old. I just noticed this one chicks vent is swollen and sticking out-kind of like a prolapsed rectum. It's poop is kind of dry but about as frequent. It eats and drinks just like the others. I have it separate to see if it will lay an egg. What do you do for this?

I had this problem yesterday rub some preparation h on her vent and it should get better in 2 days or less. You can get preparation h from walmart
