I noticed one of my hens looked weird today while out free ranging so I took a look at her when she got on the roost and both of her eyes are very swollen. She was out acting normal today, so it seems like she can still see pretty well. No discharge from the eyes or nose that I could see.
I looked at all my other chickens and geese and they all look normal. I’ve looked through past threads on here as well as in a chicken health book I have and nothing seems to fit what’s going on with her. Any advice?

(She is a blue ameraucana with a dirty beard and muffs…I didn’t want that to throw any diagnosis off)

Looks like she has pus in the ear, can you look closer to see if that's the case?
Also looks like she has bubbles in the eye on the left side. Right eye looks to have some dried yellow discharge around the eye.

Bubbles in the eye can often indicated respiratory disease like Mycoplasma, but with what looks like ear infection too, possible it's ear canker too. Hard to know.

For Mycoplasma, symptoms are normally treated with Tylosin. Clean out the eyes with saline, then put an eye ointment in the eye.
For ear infection, clean out the ear, then put original neosporin in the ear. A lot depends on what is causing the infection. Possible there's more than one thing, something bacterial and fungal.
If you have vet care, that would be a good idea.
