Swollen Stomach & Penguin Stance

I am going to try and cover everything I can think of. I have a chicken that is standing like a penguin, she doesn't want to walk or bend down and eat. I assumed she was egg bound and have soaked her in warm water multiple times over the last 2 days. She has pooped and it was runny, I didn't see any worms or anything in it. She did have mites that I have treated with ivermectin and they all seem to be dead/dying. I felt her stomach and it I did feel similar to a water balloon. She will eat in the container I put her in that she can stick her head through the lid when soaking but it is at her level, she doesn't have to bend. I don't know what else to do. Taking her to a vet isn't an option as I don't have anyone for chickens in my area. Any advice is appreciated.

I'd start her on Extra Calcium asap.

Give 1 Calcium Citrate+D3 tablet now, then once daily for 5-7days, hopefully this will help her expel material. She may have lash material or a soft shelled egg, hard to know.

See that she's drinking and eating well. Since she's able to eat with the food up high, place her a water bowl or station and a feed station up higher on a block so she can eat.
