Swollen vents

I have 4 chicks that developed pasty butt . I figured out I had a faulty waterer so I don't think they were drinking enough. I found it this past Saturday. I cleaned them up, treated their butts with Prep H, olive oil and blue kote since then. I, also, placed them in a separate brooder than their hatchmates so that I could keep a closer eye on them. They are eating, drinking, and pooping fine. Active and healthy with one exception their vents are still pink and swollen. It's not bleeding or prolapsed. Is there something more I should be doing? How long does it take for the swelling to go away?

As long as they are passing droppings without straining or difficulty, the swelling should go down in a day or two unless there is a problem with those chicks.
