swollen warm belly

hi my one hen is sitting hunched up not really moving her belly is swollen and really warm and also her poop is watery green this has come on quickly and i am unsure on diagnosis and cures would appreciate any help possible many thanks!!!!

How old is she? Has she been laying? Feel her keel bone and tell us if she has gotten really thin. Sounds like egg yolk peritonitis and possibly internal laying, but need more information.
