Swollen wattles

Is this anything? Or just normal anatomy for her?

I would try the benadryl as Melody recommended and give it during the day, but place her in a quiet spot, such as in a dog crate or pen where it is cool but not air conditioned as Alinas 2010 recommended. To me, I think it is a little necrotic from whatever bit or stung her. I would not try to drain it. It may shrivel a little become smaller as it heals. That is what happens with frostbite and injuries. We are not vets here, but I might spray a little Vetericyn or weak Betadine or chlorhexidene on it if it is draining. Make sure that she is eating and drinking since comb and wattle injuries can be very painful.

❤️ thank you, all of you!! I'll update again later in the day. Thank you again with every ounce of chicken love I've got

UPDATE:
I gave 1/3 benadryl yesterday. I mixed it in with lil spoonfull of Greek yogurt, unsure how much she actually did take in though cause she didn't eat all the yogurt. Anyway, as the day went on yesterday she became more "normal" (eating, drinking, moving around shade spots, following for treats). This morning she was up at 645am yelling to be let out, like normal. Has been running around, following me, all like normal. Her earlobe swelling has def subsided by like 88% I want to say. And I feel her wattles aren't AS swollen-- still swollen but stretched out and saggy(like a ball sack tbh lol) . The tissue does still look necrotic and thats my main concern right now. I'm still at a loss of what's going on, but figured I'd update.

Aw Chickpea looks a bit better in some ways!

I still wonder if she didn’t get bit right here? Any chance these look like puncture holes in person?

Idk if it is advisable to put anything on her wattles to help soothe them. Hopefully they keep shrinking and the injured parts clean up. I will let the others weigh in as they have more expertise. Glad she is feeling better though!

This is good that the swelling is going down some.
The one time Benadryl was to see if it helped or not. It seems like it has and she's tolerated it well so I'd give her Benadryl for a couple of days to see if that will help reduce the swelling more. The info I have is you can give it every 12hours, but it doesn't say for how many days, so since I wouldn't go over 4-5days all together.

It does look like the tissue is dying, it will likely eventually wall off and start to shrivel up and dry up on it's own, much like Frostbite does. Possible it may rupture and leak fluids, hard to know at this point. I don't think I'd apply any type of ointment at this time and just monitor. I would however keep an antibiotic on hand, if possible, just in case you start to detect infection. So far, I think she's doing good and holding her own.

Today's update:
Her swelling is sooo much better overall. Wattles still lil swolle, but yall look at her tissue!!! I can't believe it. It happened so fast. She isn't even acting like anythings wrong/been wrong at all. Each wattle is (healing?) different/diff paces.
Anyway, thought id just update.
*I have an issue with her tissue
