sympathy molting?

I have 9 hens that are all of laying age. I know 1 is molting, but everyone has lacked off of laying! What is up? I was getting 5 eggs a day and now I'm lucky to get one! I don't know what to do!!
 
Have patience and let them molt:) it might be several weeks before you see more eggs...good luck
