Table Chickens/ For Meat purpose

Which are table birds? I mean those chickens which is used to meat purpose. Can u tell me their names? i.e breed..

I am going to hatch out some eggs from my Jersey Giant hens and Welsummer roo next year. I will be keeping most pullets and eating all roos from that cross. Not quick growers but chicken tractor moved often will still give us some decent meat in a few months without tons of food input.

Cornish crosses are usually a good size meal in a short time.

It really depends on if you would like fryers or something for a good beer can chicken meal. Some people even like to eat Silkies and those are small birds.
I, myself, want a large roaster.
