tail color difference in very young mallards...still getting in their feathers

my two have different colored tail feathers one has the brown and the other is white not full on they have the black in them if you know what i am talking about if not i can certainly try and get some pics lol

How old are they? My mallard when through several color changes and she's only 9 weeks old. Pics would really help!

they still have duckling fluff i think they around 3.5 weeks old i figured they would feather in the same until they started to get their big duck feathers in which im hoping for a drake and hen
