Tail Down and Poopy Feathers

My Hen is about 26wks old, has been laying eggs for about 2wks. Yesterday I noticed that her tail was down a lot, today she has a poopy bum. She is still out free ranging but not as active as the other hens. She did not lay a egg yesterday, but she did lay one this morning. She has laid a egg everyday except one day since she started laying. These are our first pets, not sure what I should do. They get ACV in their water, and are fed layer pellets and a handful of BOSS and scratch. Please Help!

Find a way to check out her poop, maybe confine her for awhile. If all is well, give her a sitz bath of warm water. A bath always does a girl well. Softly blow dry her bottom. Then you can start anew. Keeping track of eating, drinking and pooping...along with laying. Good luck
