Tail is down, hurt leg

Hi,
Chicken has been limping around a little and lays down all day in one spot, besides that her tail is always down. Feet look fine. She did bite at her nail once but looks fine. Thought it was strange her tail is down. Any thoughts? Been about 3 or more days.

Poor thing still lays around all day, she can get in and out of the coop. Not sure what's wrong with her.

She does act like a leg hurts. Maybe she fell off the roost and hurt it. Roost is about 24 inches high maybe in the coop.

Coming in late here. I'm sorry no one replied to this. I found this thread in a search because my Barred Rock is limping and has her tail down. What happened with your chicken?

So I think maybe my kid stepped on her by accident, but not sure
