Tail tucked less active chicken

6 year old chicken. Noticed she was roosting still at 10 am tail tucked. I picked her up set her down and she moved cautiously out of the house and went to drink water. She eventually went to the shade with the flock. I then saw her out tail tucked moving slowly. What of the many things does this seem to most closely Identify with? Her vent looked fine, but I didn't touch. Has all her feathers.

She definitely has. Backup in her vent I felt it and let her sit in water for a bit. She is trying to work it out. I didn't feel a egg.
