Take a Guess on These Chicks

I picked these random little bantam chicks that came from Ideal. The first one is feather-legged; I'm thinking its a Light Brahma or Blue Cochin. The second is smooth-legged, no clue what it is. What do ya'll think?

Ahhh. No fear...the brahma expert is here! not really! The first is definitely NOT a brahma chick. Sorry, thats all i can tell you! I dont know about the others.

Thanks so much Stormhorse! I had a Light Brahma chick last fall, but I thought this one looked a little different. I was hoping for some variety, so I'm glad.

Here is my diagnosis

Chick #1
Definitely not a blue cochin. Colored more like a black one. Let me think on it.

Chick #2
Looks kind of like an ancona. But has less black?

Here's a pic of all the babies, I took it just now. The two black/yellow on the left are standard White Crested Black Polish, the butterscotch on the bottom right is a Mille Fleur d'Uccle.

I had a random pick from the Atwood's bantam bin (Ideal stock), it was silver similar to yours and turned out to be the bird pictured in this thread: https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=25803

The striped one I'm thinking could be an OEGB baby.

I agree, the 1st is definately not a brahma, it's a cochin of some variety. The 2nd is a ??/
