I think I read somewhere that once the hatchling dries, it is safe to take out of incubator into dry environment of 90-93 degrees. is this true. I have one that is 12 hours old and mostly dry.

Basically once they dry and are puffy they can be taken out, they can stay in the bator up to 72 hours but I've always taken mine out once they are dry and puffy.

Once their dry it's fine for them to come out but 90-93 degrees is too cool. 95-98 for first week then drop it 5 degrees per week.
