Taking the plunge!

Hi! I’m karin... I’ve always wanted a small decorative flock and I finally took the plunge. I have several bantam cochin hens and a roo. We also purchased a clutch of eggs that are incubating away. I’m excited for this chicken journey and looking forward to all your expertise!

I’m partnered with my bestie so we are trying to decide how to both integrate and divide the birds. We have a white pair, a black roo, 2 black hens, a lemon blue roo and a blue splash hen. The eggs are a variety so it will be like Christmas when they hatch!!! I’m only keeping one Roo the others will go to bestie house!
