Taking young billies off mom

If I take my young Billies, 2-4 weeks young away from nanny and bottle feed, will she continue to nurse the doeling and will it get more milk?

If what you're saying is she birthed 3 kids --2 billies and 1 doe, then yes. She will continue to produce the same amount of milk. Removing the other two kids won't cause her to stop lactating because the milk is still being taken by the other kid.
