Geesh, im getting tired of 'constant improvements'! I just *see* some other way of doing things in they're coop and have to change things constantly it seems. (ok, i do have my own issues, but thats beside the point:rolleyes:) I know they arent fond of change, but i always want to do something that might make them "happier". Today it was sand in the whole run

now that makes us all happy, but mostly, it's the roosting thing. So will i ever be satisfied???

First you improve the coop. Then you get more chickens and need another coop. You keep improving the coops. Then you get more chickens and build another coop. When do you stop? I don't know, I'm still going.......

featherland, you have been doing this for two and 1/2 years? and you haven't stopped improving yet? There is no hope for me. none.
In two and 1/2 years the eggs will start to dwindle and I'll start hatching them out, right? and then I'll need another coop and run, right? I'm doomed. My girls are two months old now. Maybe in 2.5 years, I will be up to it.

It's an addiction!

Just wait till you start hatching eggs!

I did have chickens before I found this site and I was thrilled to find out that there are more people like me!

Hey look at it this way:

You are in league wth the best of mankind, always improving, never satisifed. Frontiers have been tamed and oceans crossed for the same reasons you cannot be satisifed with your chicken coop.

I say, "Way to go - and keep it up!"

thanks for your input's

They made me laugh and then when going over what "i" wrote i thought, geesh (again) i dont get tired of the *doing* part of it , i get tired of the no sleep *thinking* about how to do more and better..lol The doing is actually fun, and satisfying... so again, thanks for helping me out her and sorting out that it's OK:)

Oh yes.....this is an addiction, except ours had brodened and boomed over the past few months!!

All we know is we enjoy this, so we are running with it.....
