Taste Difference in Eggs

hummm...they sound a bit less appetizing now.......

They taste a little stronger and the white is a bit firmer. I personally prefer to use them for baking but I know many people that eat them and prefer them to a chicken egg. I would cook one up and try it.

I have ducks and know what they taste like.First off the shell is very strong, the yolk is extremly golden and the white is just extremly clear while a chciken eggs white has a yellow tint. The taste is pretty much the same but maybe a lttle bit stronger. If you look up the nutrition content it has alot more fat and vitamins.overall I just like to use em for baking.

Lots of my friends/family prefer them over chicken eggs now that I've converted them! If you were to blind tast test scrambled eggs it would be hard to tell the difference. I agree that there are subtle differences when hardboiled or fried, but not so much as to make them unappealing. Try one, you might just love it (as I do!!).

Thanks to everyone who responded! Just for the sake of trying something new, I think scrambled duck eggs might just be on the breakfast menu soon!! Thanks again!
