TC Hatchery- Georgia

Then legally you can not ship chicks or birds and depending on your state you may be illegally selling birds. In the state of Tennessee you must have this to legally sell fowl. It is not that hard to get certified and if you are advertising as a hatchery you should have this. Call your local ag agent and ask them otherwise ask your state vets office. Our is very helpful

I believe in the state of tx it would also be illegal. You need to do some research before you decide to just start hatching chicks and calling yourself a hatchery.

not trying to be rude....but before you enter into a buisness arrangement, you might want to know the laws that govern that buisness and what laws might protect you and your customers. Its just the responsible thing to do. Id hate to think of the backlash if you sold someone on here some chicks and those birds infected the rest of their flock.

You need to contact the GA Poultry Lab in Oakwood Ga. They will setup a time to test your birds and you can pay the NPIP fee when they test them. I can't remember the fee they charge per bird to test them but it shouldn't be more than $.25 per bird.

Thankyou promiseland.
