OEGB, dutch bantam, japanese bantam, serama, d'uccle, or sebright hens would work. Except for oegb they are all true bantams (no large counterpart) at just a bit over 1lb.

Just for fun, I have hatched a couple of blue eggs from my little bantam Araucana hen (she's blue colored) and my smaller Serama Rooster. They are so cute. They are already spoken for by a friend but I'd hatch out a few more and give them to you as day old chicks if you wanted to pay shipping. PM me if you're interested and I'll set a dozen or so. If you decide you don't want them, they are easy to find homes for. The one's with pea combs will lay little blue to greenish eggs.
