Tell me this isn't a roo and what breed

3.5 mos. Bought at TSC MIL didn't take note of breed. Pullett or Cockerel? I have been thinking pullet all this time but those tail feathers have me wondering but they are rounded.

Definitely pullet. At that age the comb would be significantly larger and red.
