Pipped 15 hours ago- no progress since then

I’ve had 3 others pip after this one and making good progress. I took a 5 minute video- and I can see it moving- first time hatching eggs

Oh! Im not sure if you should assist just yet. I read online that you should wait 24 hours after the chick has pipped.
