Hello!
Along with 3 Mallard ducklings, I also got 6 pullets from TSC on Friday, and this is my first time raising poultry. So far it has been a fun and exciting experience! Of my pullets, I have 3 golden comets and 3 white leghorns. Each of the golden comets have distinguishing features and I can tell them apart easily, but the white leghorns all look the same. I've tried using leg bands, but they just peck at them constantly. Is there any other way to tell them apart? I read about drawing a line on their down on their head or back using a washable marker, has anyone else done this before? Thanks!!
