Temp and humidity for Cortunix quail eggs

What should temp and humidity be and how many days do i incubate them? Little giant still air with fan and hovabator with circulated air?

On the still air ones I run at 100 to 101 and on the other 99.5. Humidity 40% for 13 days then I bump it to about 65% they hatch in 16 to 18 days thou I have had them go up to 23 days.
