On one side of my bator it's 3 degrees hotter than the other side what the heck! I think I found out why my hatches suck! Should I just put the highest side up to 100 then rotate the eggs every day?

That sounds like a good idea - its a still air incubator right? If you can find a small computer fan & run it that will help even things out.

If you are using a light for heat shield the light so it does not light up any of the eggs. Where the light hits is warmer especially close to the bulb. You can also move your fan around to see if that helps.

In my home made incubator I have the fan blowing streight up from the bottom between my 2 light bulbs. This pulls the cool air off the bottom & blows it over the bulbs. I have great consistancy. Maybe move the fan to blow directly on the heat source?
