Temp got stuck at 102

I have a forced air with 2 fans. My old fashion wafer thermostat got hung the other day was on 80 so i adjusted and played with it thought i had it in the miring my temp was at 102. This was day 7 of eggs. Could this have hurt them. How high can kill a egg in the beginning.

102 degrees is not preferable, but I don't think it will have affected your eggs too much. I've seen embryos survive temperatures of 103-104 degrees.
