Is this a forced air incubator or still air? If it is a still air, you are probably fine. Not so much with forced air.
If forced air, it may or may not be a problem at this point. Actually low incubation temps during the first 5 days can be a bit worse for the embryo's than high heat, however 102 is quite high and could cause early deaths of the growing embryos.
The best thing you could do is let the incubation continue and candle around day 8 or 10. If you are seeing veins and such, then you should be good to go. Over the entire incubation period, too high of temps causes many deformaties in the bodies of the babies. However from day 1 to day 4, it is the head, brain and blood vessels that are developing. Either the high heat will have destroyed the embryo's or they continued to develop. This is not to say that they may have some brain damage.
It is entirely up to you if you want to risk it and continue or scrap the entire thing. Depends on what you plan on doing with them. Of course nobody needs Bluescales with mental issues. They are skittish enough and don't need more influence to be spastic! LOL
