temperture in incubator

maybe i'm stupid, but in the homemade incubator - and Miss Prissy's breadbox is the way i'm going now!! - how do i adjust the temperature?

there is a dial on the thermostat and carefully turn that a little at a time -use a small screwdriver

Just a heads up.. be VERY careful when you are adjusting. First, you can turn it way to high or low very easily. Just turn a little at a time, and wait a few hrs (at least)

Second.. if you have 'butter fingers' like me, and eggs in the 'bator, be EXTRA careful. Dropped my screwdriver by accident, cracked 2 eggs. One I think I saved, but the other I didn't even bother to try (really badly cracked). Thankfully, they were only on day 3.
