Has anyone experienced a pro chicken ordinance in place for one year, to be reviewed the following year for a permanent ordinance to be allowed or denied?

In Orlando, FL the ordinance was not only ratified, it was expanded. So yes, we have some experience. We in Deltona, FL are in the middle of our one year trial right now.
