Temps and Humidity in Incubator

I'm sure this is somewhere else but I can't find it.

What temp should I keep my still-air incubator at? I have read that it should be at 99.5 F and never above 102.0 but several other places state 101.5 for still-air. Does the 102.0 rule still apply.

Also what humidity should it be at? Some website say 60-65% for first 18 days and 80-85% for last three. Others say 50-55% for first and 60-65% later.

It is all to confusing when it contradicts constantly.

I've checked that site. In fact, it is on my favorites list. I was following their instructions but there are several other opinions out there. Seeing as I just set my first eggs yesterday, I am now frustrasted.
