Tennessee?

Hi, I am about 30 minutes north of Nashville in Goodlettsville. I have 6 Olive Egger juvies and 2 Easter Eggers. Some of these are roos that will end up in the freezer but at least 2 are hens. I know for sure I have 2 roos. The others are sort of indeterminate at the moment. One of them is tailess and I can't figure out if it is going to be a roo or a hen. I am hoping a hen.

Welcome! I'm 30 miles east of Chattanooga. Hey South of Jackson! My mom lived in Crump for a long time. I bought a pistol in Jackson once S&W 45 ;-)
I also, hatch Olive Eggers. I have 8 day old and 3 day olds atm. I have a broody sitting on 12 eggs due the 25th.

Sorry not me. Mini chickens are hawk bait here. I free range during the day and lock them up tight at night. I have to keep the young ones on lockdown too till they are over 4 lbs. Around 4 months old or soo. My roo is just under 14 lbs and my hens range from 6-11 lbs. Seems every year my chickens get bigger. I added very large Marans to my gene pool. I raise mutt Easter Eggers and Olive Eggers.

This is my EE's basket. The 2 tan ones are from my BO I use as a broody.
