I have a chicken that made a nest in behind my propane tank. I found 8 eggs there and am wondering how to test the eggs to see if they are ok. About 3 months ago I had a different one that kept dissapearing for several days at a time and when I finally found her nest there were 18 eggs. I destroyed these but later someone told me they were probably ok. How do I test the eggs?? I live in Maine and the last 8-10 days have been fairly cool with temps under 60. Any suggestions???
