Textured Egg?

I have RI Reds, Buff Orpingtons, Red/Orpington mix, a single True Whiting Blue, and 2 Ameracaunas. They are all roughly 1 year old.

They have a good diet of chicken feed that has good protein that I buy locally. I feed them scratch, fruits and veggies, milk soaked oats on occasion, grass and weeds from my yard, and they always have water.

I'd say a Red, Orpington, or Red Orp mix laid this one based on the color.

It feels rough and looks like the drywall texture that you spray onto your walls before you paint.

Does this mean anything? Is it normal or bad, does it mean they aren't getting proper vitamins/nutrients?

Thanks!

Are all their eggs like that or just one bird?
Has it always been like that or is this a new thing?

What brand/model of feed?
Protein and calcium percentages in the feed?

It was just one egg that I discovered today, so 1 bird. This is brand new. I've never seen it before today.

I don't know about their food off the top of my head, and I'm not home to check. I know they get plenty of protein, and the food is made by men who have their own chickens, and natural, good food is a priority for them.
