yesterday l was in absolute tears, not knowing what was wrong with my Chook Huey. After quickly reading your information from your site l went about isolating Huey, cleansing the Prolapse, re-inserting the area with the use of honey and applied hemroid cream externally. We kept her inside in a warm dark cage overnight and are letting her stroll around outside alone today. Today she looks great! Prolapse back inside for now! Hooray! Shall closely observe over next couple of days and will repeat procedure as required! Shall house her inside over the next couple of nights.A big cuddle goes to everyone for there help!!

Welcome to BYC forum.

Wow, I LOVE to hear a success story. I think a lot of people start on the forum with questions that need answering -- and if they are like me they become addicted. ahhhh.

Hope that Huey continues improvement and regains full health. I'm just like you, I am so grateful to the people here who take the time to support, explain to and help their fellow chicken owners.........

Thanks for your words of encouragment! Huey delivered an egg today, prolapse remaining inside! Hooray! Back in with other chooks tonite. No doubt the other girls have missed her! I really do appreciate an informative site like this one!
Kind Regards Robyn
