(Agh, sorry. My days are just getting busier and busier, I wasn't even inside all day. Or now! )
Speedy had indeed been snoring away for several hours. But then, in her sleep, she felt the sharp jab of a stick. Her body began convulsing, her mouth frothing, a weird scream gargling from her mouth UNTIL- she peacefully opened her eyes. "Oh, I'm sorry, I must have fallen asleep. I haven't gotten much of that in the last couple weeks, you know." She looked around at all the people that surrounded her. "Where did you all come from?!?!"

I peeped around a bush too see if the thing of my kind was awake, it was and to my enormous surprise it didn't look that scary.
