The best eating chickens?

Hi I am new to all the incubating game but have had chickens all my life for eggs but have always wanted to rear some for the table, Ive got some cobb eggs on their way just as a starting point but what would be the best tasting chickens to try?

You could consider yourself the predator in this case and then you'd be in the perfect forum. Or you could start a new thread in the Meat Bird section and put a link in here to that thread.

To answer your question. Which berry tastes best? Or vegetable? Is it possible we may have different tastes? That's a real hard question for me to answer, which chicken tastes best. How are you going to cook it? At what age are you going to butcher it? There are a lot of variables and a lot of personal preferences involved. But if you join us on the meat bird forum we may be able to help you narrow it down.
