Muriel has adopted a few chicks from a local lady who is moving house. However hard I tried, she was not going to sell me the English Bantam, which possibly is the most beautiful chicken I have ever seen.

The little lagards are behind her! Odille puts in a sprint to be closest to Mom and to get first choice of hopping onto her back. They are very sweet.
