The Buffies Are Coming

In less than 48 hours, I’m adding 3 dozen buff Orpingtons. They’ll be segregated from the NJG, New Hampshire reds and the Minorcas in their own coop and run. From this point, I’ll add to one of the flicks but reduce the NJG flock, they are great chickens but they sure like to eat.

How old are they? Are they sexed or straight run?
Buff Orps are the greatest.

Sexed, 32:4 if I remember right or 31:5. I’ve had them in the past. The top was the best although my dog was afraid of him. Big Ben got on his back and pecked his head. They got along after that

The females can be haughty and a bit evil. The cockerels are generally lovely. I have three BO cockerels atm.
I'd love to be able to add 30 birds to my flock at once but I think I'd be clapped in irons.
So I'm assuming they're chicks?
