Hiya, and welcome to BYC! We just got back from Minnesota last night selling some chicks and visiting relatives.

The run chicken is the one we'd have purchased four of after hours of researching. We opted now to go with a pulley system instead but if we ever change our minds, that's the one we'd get.

It does seem to be quite reliable and we are never worried about where the chickens are around dusk or dawn. They just know to be inside plenty early and wait for the door to open before marching out. Pretty painless.
