A question we may all ask ourselves is why are Chickens and Poultry additive? When I first started my passion for Poultry many, many years ago my family and children were happy to laugh at me and render me as " she has lost her mind". Over the last 20 years many of my friends have lost their minds amongst the mounting pressure of LIFE and this world, however I have still been able to sit, watch, learn and appreciate one small animal that has fulfilled it's destiny throughout the world and many cultures with producing food and a life source ………. it is called the Chicken , Duck, Game, and it is Poultry. Can you imagine a world without poultry ?

Welcome! I totally agree. I love my hens. My family will not be calling me crazy when they taste my eggs. My husband thought we wouldn’t be allowed to have them. We are just restricted in number with no Roos. That’s ok I don’t want to be a victim of chicken math.
