The chicks in the incubator knocked over the thermometer!

Today is day 22 and so far 6/11 eggs hatched and some of the eggs that didn't hatch have pips so I am still hoping. Anyway, the chicks in the incubator knocked over the thermometer and now I don't know what temperature it is in the incubator. What should I do? If I open it to try to flip the thermometer back up the chicks that did not dry yet will be chilled and the pipped eggs would shrinkwrap.

Temperature doesn't really matter once they are already hatching

9 out of 11 hatched total. They are all healthy and doing well in the brooder.
