The Comb game!

Hey guys. I was free ranging my chickens when I noticed that my barred rock had a strange looking comb. It’s flopped over to one side. She’s one one of my favorite barred rocks. Her names Helen. Anyway, if you would like, why don’t you submit your most weirdest, wackiest, or strangest chicken combs that your chickens have. This is a black australorp. His name is Tim. The weird comb was not genetic, He lost the majority of if to frostbite. Well, it might be genetic, he got it so bad because of the way he sleeps, my other roosters learned to tuck their heads into their feathers to keep them warm, he never caught on.
This picture was from March last year. Since then he was attacked in the night by a raccoon and survived but the coon took a chunk out of his comb. It looks even more weird now. I do not have any recent pictures of him unfortunately. I do have a bloody picture the morning after the attack but I do not think you guys will be very interested in that.

Poor Tim! He’s been through a lot. He looks very dashing. Is he okay? I think the comb looks nice! I like its shape.

He is doing great. He has been through a lot, he was attacked by dogs this fall too. He really turned into a very nice looking rooster though, minus the comb

Thanks, I think he’s handsome also. His comb covers half his head. His sister, Black Silkie, BooBoo, has a good size comb too, she is sitting on eggs.

Very Cute silkie! I used to have silkie but it turned out that it was a boy and I had to give him away.
